Baha'i do get allergies! Especially the children!

Springtime is long gone and summer is in but pollen is still in the air! For people who suffer from allergies, (and our Bahai friends and their children, you are not excluded), I know pollen can seem like a curse rather than a blessing. That beautiful flower we may receive in a get well package may turn out to be a great nuisance. The trip down to the playground park or botanical gardens can turn out to be such a discomfort.

But before we dismiss pollen as any of the above, we should keep in mind the unique role this dust plays. You might even find it surprising to learn how much your lives depend on it and the animals too in the animal kingdom.

Here's something to consider. If God had not arranged for the pollination of plants by making them attractive to insects, billions of plants would not reproduce. How would we eat? How would the omnivores of the animal kingdom survive? Pollination is probably one of the greatest contributors to human health by insects. Sadly they get little credit for it. But I can understand why!

Prevent your young child from pollen attacks with this pollen allergy sticker! Can be customized to include your child's name!
